Intern / Working Student (f/m/d): HR Business Partner Team for Product & Engineering

What you'll do

As working student (w/m/d) you will work closely with the P&C Board Area PMO and the P&C Business Partner colleagues in the team. You will be supporting program coordination and project planning, status updates and keeping track of deliverables. This includes but is not limited to:

• Contribute to the team’s success by aligning the team around key deliverables—for example, by maintaining a project tracker in Excel, organizing check-ins, and summarizing action items after meetings.
• Provide transparency into people KPIs by compiling reports in Excel, ensuring data accuracy, and presenting key insights in PowerPoint to drive informed decisions.
• Support P&E-wide focus areas and projects by coordinating initiatives, preparing stakeholder updates, and ensuring alignment with our people strategy through structured documentation and follow-ups.
• Share your ideas and contribute to a collaborative culture by proactively suggesting improvements, leading brainstorming sessions, and structuring innovative proposals in PowerPoint.Availability should be 2 days per week, ideally Tuesdays and Wednesdays - Start possible as of Jan 15 2025

• Master Student in Business Administration/ Human Resources or equivalent
• Profound knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Capable of working independently upon receiving proper instruction and guidance
• Analytical skills and ability to understand and present data by building E2E narratives.

Meet your team

We are looking for a working student (w/m/d) to join our global P&C Business Partner Team for the Board Area of Product & Engineering. In this role you will create impact by working with the P&E P&C Cluster & Board Area PMO towards supporting key people and organization related topics on a global level. We are looking for a team player who is empowered to bring in innovative ideas, analytical skills, and can-do mindset.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
