We are looking for a Working Student to join our Talent Acquisition team as soon as possible to support the recruitment of working students and interns. You will gain insights into cross-departmental tasks, take on the entire recruiting process independently, and have the opportunity to become part of the team in an international working environment!

Your responsibilities

• You support the recruiting team during the entire candidate lifecycle - from active sourcing to hiring
• You will be involved in direct communication with candidates
• You coordinate appointments for interviews and maintain the recruiting calendar
• You support exciting projects, such as trainee marketing or trade fair planning
• You are responsible for reporting in Excel and SuccessFactors

What you bring

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of business administration, social sciences, HR management or similar
• You are characterised by a structured and precise way of working
• You have the ability to work in a dynamic environment
• A high degree of independence, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a team are a matter of course for you
• You are fluent in German and English and have good MS Office skills
