Responsibilities arrow_right
- You will support the team in the implementation of HR marketing & employer branding campaigns
- You will prepare Freudenberg's presence at career fairs and in-house events
- You will independently conduct research and analysis projects to identify new trends in the field of HR marketing & employer branding
- You will carry out community management on employer rating portals such as Kununu
- You support the team with administrative issues
- You support the organization and implementation of all planned Form Student Germany activities and are responsible for internal preparation and follow-up
Qualifications arrow_right
- You are at least in the 3rd semester of your studies in economics, communications, marketing or event management or in a comparable course of study
- You have already gained some practical experience in the HR environment, e.g. through internships or as a working student
- You are characterized by a high level of commitment, an independent and structured way of working and reliability
- Your strengths include excellent communication skills in dealing with various internal interfaces and external contacts
- You feel comfortable working with Microsoft Office
- As our team is internationally oriented, very good German and English language skills are essential
