Intern/working student (f/m/d) RF system telecommunication engineer

We are looking for an exceptional Intern/working student (f/m/d) RF system communication engineer to join our rocketry team. This is a rare opportunity allowing you to be involved in demanding prototyping efforts that are supported by major, time-and-cost-critical test campaigns allowing us to close short-iteration development cycles at fast pace. You will work in a dedicated, dynamic and international environment that aims for excellence by creating high-performance engineering solutions while keeping prototyping and production costs at an absolute minimum.

Your Tasks

•Identify and list requirements based on RCC & ECSS for RF Telemetry systems•Perform electrical and RF test system design that leverages off-the-shelf components•Contribute to RF design, analysis, and testing campaigns•Contribute to the integration of the RF sub-system into the Hardware in the Loop HWIL test stand•Contribute to preparing documentation to a high standard of comprehension

Your Qualifications

•Bachelor or master study in telecommunications engineering, electronics engineering, or an equivalent qualification•Knowledge of common test and troubleshooting equipment, such as multi-meters, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and signal generators•Knowledge of data transmission in radio frequency systems, specifically digital coding, modulation (digital and analog), and error correction techniques•Knowledge of programming languages, such as C, C++, Python, MATLAB/Simulink•Knowledge of electronics and electromagnetic principles•Fluent oral and written English skills (all day-to-day activities are performed in English
