Your role and responsibilities
Looking for a taste of working life in an international, future-focused corporate group? Then join us as an intern (m/f/d) and familiarise yourself with a suitable department for 3 to 6 months. You will be involved in large-scale projects and perform a defined set of duties independently. Use your internship to build a network and become familiar with our company. The following tasks and responsibilities will be part of your role:•In close collaboration with our research team, you will engage in prototyping and realization of demonstrators, e.g., of future industrial networks, Industry 4.0 and digital twin solutions, or innovative industrial security protecting our customers.•More specifically, you will implement methods UI frontends for the demonstrators, create modern and context-specific visualizations, or apply UX methodologies to highlight novel approaches for interaction with industrial systems by non-expert users.
Qualifications for the role
- We expect you to bring creativity, initiative, and result orientation to support driving our innovations toward new products and services.
- You have a study background in communication systems, computer science, engineering or similar knowledge from software engineering and development experience.
- You bring experience with software development, particular regarding user interfaces (e.g., HTML5, web frameworks like AngularJS, Java, JavaScript, etc. ), visualization (e.g., Grafana, etc.), or UX approaches.
- You are highly motivated, team-minded, and able to work independently.
- Fluent English in verbal and written form is required.
