Working Student, German Tax Compliance

We are on the lookout for a Working Student, German Tax Compliance to join the Tax Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Be part of the team ensuring Delivery Hero’s financial stability and growth. In the Finance Team, you’ll provide the insights and analysis that guide our business decisions, helping us meet our financial goals and earn investor confidence. From reporting to strategic planning, your work will have a direct impact on Delivery Hero’s ability to innovate, expand, and deliver outstanding experiences to our customers.

• Provide assistance in the preparation and submission of various tax returns

• Conduct thorough research on local tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure the accuracy and currency of information.

• Compile and organize financial data, receipts, and relevant documents from different departments and the bookkeeping system, facilitating efficient tax reporting.

• Support the analysis and reconciliation of tax accounts, promptly identifying any discrepancies and implementing corrective measures as needed.

• Assist the tax department in addressing inquiries and requests from local tax authorities, contributing to effective communication and compliance.

• Diligently track filing deadlines and assist in the timely submission of tax forms and payments.

• You are currently enrolled in your Bachelor or Master's studies at a university in Germany and are taking classes with a tax, legal, or business background

• You are looking for a long-term working relationship (6-month contract with at least 16h/week)

• You are keen on gaining broad expertise in our Delivery Hero Tax environment

• You are a strong communicator in both German and English
