What you´ll do

• Support in different stages of the following tasks: innovation pipeline / product development process support incl. checking of artworks/print proofs, from concept to Implementation
• Assist in and execute event and shooting planning
• Carry out communication activation and implementation both online (SoMe and website) and offline (salon, selective retail, PR)
• Help in project management and collab with other business functions
• Perform brand analysis of existing products and brands
• Execute market research
• Collect regional/country feedbacks and steer send-outs
• Support processes/operations of the respective Henkel team complies with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations

What makes you a good fit

• Student who is currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration
• Previous experience/internships in cosmetic industry, fashion industry, design/art sector, premium sector beneficial, brand management, influencer relations and PR, event organisation beneficial
• Fluent in English language, German language is beneficial
• Confident in working with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Big interest in trends, knowledge of premium brands
• Understanding of hairdressing industry

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1.050-2.095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
