Your Role
As a Business Development Intern, you will support our Fleet department in key, high-impact projectsas well as day-to-day business. You will work closely with our Fleet Chief of Staff and with the management team and get the opportunity to join a fast-growing organization working towards selling a meaningful product with a market fit.

Your Responsibilities

    • Manage and drive your own projects and tasks: At FINN you will get responsibility from day one. All projects will have a critical impact on our company and directly relate to making mobility fun and sustainable.
    • Assist the Chief of Staff and management team with key business development initiatives, providing hands-on support for daily challenges. Gain insights into the company's operations, particularly fleet purchasing and remarketing, while also contributing to broader business growth strategies.
    • Continuously assess and improve our current processes to maximize efficiency and scalability. Help us to build the best possible version of FINN with world-class, data-driven processes enabling us to have a smoothly running organization.

Your Profile

    • You are pursuing a degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
    • Previous experience in consulting, startups, or another fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
    • Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities in an evolving business environment, while effectively coordinating and managing multiple projects.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with innovative and creative approaches to overcoming them.
    • Proficiency in data analysis, with a high level of comfort working with numbers and translating insights into actionable business strategies.
    • Genuine interest in and curiosity about the mobility industry, with the ability to stay informed on industry trends.
    • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
