We are looking for a Product Marketing Intern who will join us and be responsible for catering high-quality content and promoting a rich and deep live game experience for one of Wooga’s live games. This is your chance to work on Wooga’s most successful title, which combines strong storytelling with high polish, tight mechanics, and an ever-growing LiveOps feature set.
One of the key tasks is ensuring that engaging promotional content is delivered to our players. Working on our most successful free-to-play narrative title, you will help to ensure that important game updates are being communicated to the player community, driving interest and engagement with the game.
During your time at Wooga, you will get a first-hand look at what goes on behind the scenes of operating a highly successful game. Using your creative and project organizational skills, you will actively develop new content by working with stakeholders from various teams and executing project management.
Please note that this is a full-time (40h/week), 6-month long, paid internship for graduated students.
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Working closely with product managers, CRM and community managers, visual designers, and copywriters to execute regular content updates.
- Actively contribute your ideas, present your creative mindset, and give feedback on how to improve the promotional content for the players.
- Help to optimize our existing content so that it brings stronger results.
- Assist in conducting market research to generate new ideas for product marketing campaigns.
- Manage marketing projects and successfully follow the collaborative processes between the teams.
- Track competitor trends and marketing strategies in the casual mobile gaming industry and leverage them to bring fresh ideas to our current marketing promotions.
About you:
- You recently graduated from a relevant field of study and/or you are looking to kick-start your career in Marketing
- You are able to dedicate 40 hours per week for 6 months.
- You have interest and passion for games (ideally casual or even better - Hidden Object games!).
- You are well-organized with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
- Analytical mindset and problem solving skills.
- You are proactive and ready to learn new things.
- Excellent English language skills are required.
- Bonus points if you have experience in content creation (e.g. creating social media posts, emails, writing blog articles)
As English is our office language, no German language skills are required. But we’ll help you learn if you want to!
