- Improve the existing network based on pre-defined KPIs
- Help to develop and establish new routes and destinations
- Closely aligning with the other members of the network planning team to ensure an optimized network
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to cope with TRY/EUR parity challenging on our domestic network
- Monitor booking development and competitor landscape
- Internal coordination with sales, revenue management, scheduling, marketing, public relations and strategy department
- Project work and preparation of board/decision papers

- Studies of transport, touristic, logistic, economics or other aviation related field
- Previous work experience with an airline and/or tour operator advantageous
- Very good number sense, analytical thinking as well as quick-wittedness and the ability to understand complex issues
- Exceptional understanding and knowledge of the global airline industry with focus on Europe
- Very good MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), but Excel in particular
- Very good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- Very good English speaking and writing skills
- German language speaking skill
