About the role
As part of our Internal Communications team at Riverty, you’ll help us strengthen employee engagement and alignment across a diverse and international workforce. Working closely with Internal Communications Managers, you’ll support the planning and execution of impactful communication formats - from leadership messaging and campaigns to intranet storytelling and cross-functional initiatives.

What you will do
- Support the development and rollout of global internal communication projects
- Assist in preparing leadership communications
- Help create, edit, and publish content for our internal platforms, including the social intranet
- Work with communication metrics and employee feedback to evaluate effectiveness and suggest improvements
- Contribute creative ideas for formats, visuals, or copywriting — and bring them to life collaboratively
- Assist in the coordination of internal cross-functional projects, for creating key moments (e.g. surveys, employer branding, onboarding)
What you bring
- You’re currently enrolled in a university program (Communications, Media, Marketing, or related fields)
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus
- You enjoy creating clear and engaging content — whether it’s for a slide, a post, or an internal story
- You’re digitally savvy and ideally experienced with MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, and CMS systems, experience in creative tools like Canva, Photoshop or Figma is a plus
- You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and love being part of a team that connects people with purpose
