"Ambitioniert für Patient*innen" ist die Mission rund um das Patient Relations Team mit einem strategischen Fokus auf diese Arbeit innerhalb von GSK. Das Patient Relations Team stellt dabei sicher, dass die Stimme der Patient*innen stärker in die strategischen Entscheidungsprozesse zum Wohle einer besseren Versorgung in Deutschland eingebracht werden - und dies nicht nur für sondern mit Patient*innen!

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Recherche zu Informationsverhalten von Patient*innen, zu social listening Themen und zur Gesundheitslandschaft in den einzelnen Indikationen

  • Administrative Unterstützung für die Manager*innen im Team Patient Relations und Tätigkeiten auf Anfrage für andere Kolleg*innen der Medizin

  • Erstellung von Patient*innen-, Referent*innen-, Kooperations-, Sponsoring- und Spendenverträgen sowie die Erstellung weiterer Dokumente, die für die Genehmigung und den Ablauf der Projekte und Veranstaltungen notwendig sind

  • Unterstützung im Bereich Veeva Vault Content Lab

  • Überwachung des Prozesses für einzelne Dokumente

  • Erstellung von Präsentationen für Veranstaltungen, Beiträge für interne und externe Soziale Medien und Excel-Listen für die Übersichtlichkeit von Daten und Informationen

  • Unterstützung bei intern anfallenden Management Monitorings, der externen FSA Transparenzinitiative und der Archivierung von Dateien und der Reorganisation der Laufwerkstruktur in der Abteilung

Dein Profil:

  • Immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d) der Naturwissenschaften, Public Health, Medizin, BWL, Business Administration, Kommunikations-/ Medien-/ Sozialwissenschaften, Gesundheitsökonomie oder vergleichbar

  • Du verfügst über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit, sich immer wieder rasch in neue komplexe Themen einzuarbeiten

  • Du hast aktives Interesse an Themen in Gesundheitswesen

  • Du bist kreativ und zuverlässig sowie verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische und kommunikative Kompetenz

  • Idealerweise hast du schon die ersten Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Kommunikation, Patienten-Marketing oder in anderen Bereichen mit und für Patient*innen gesammelt

  • Du bist souverän im Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)

  • Du hast fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
