What you will do
In safety-critical AI applications, it is important to assure the intended functionality of the AI system. Amongst others, a run-time monitor can be used for detecting failures during operation. You will support our colleagues in our scientific projects with the systematic testing and evaluation of methods, e.g., for out-of-distribution detection. Your work will help us in finding the best methods in order to satisfy the AI-related safety requirements.
What you bring to the table
- Very good knowledge in programming with Python
- Experience with PyTorch
- Experience in systematic testing
- Good knowledge on computer vision techniques
- Basic knowledge on AI assurance, e.g., runtime monitoring, robustness, etc.
