We are looking for an Intern to join the Community team in Berlin. In this role you will support our Community Developer with organising events for our freelancer community. Moreover you will join these events and represent Malt as a trusted partner. You will be part of a rapidly growing scale-up as you work in an exciting cross-cultural and international environment.
Key responsibilities ✨
- Plan and organise external events for our freelancer community (location search, booking a photographer, etc.) and cooperate with external stakeholders
- Create promotional materials such as banners or posts for social media
- Work together with the Content team to present the events in a newsletter
- Join our events to represent Malt and act as a point of contact for the external stakeholder and freelancers
About you
- You are looking for an end-of-study internship for your degree or a gap year
- You are creative, organised, independent and results-oriented - Malt interns don't make coffee - instead, they work on challenging projects and take responsibility for them
- Ideally you bring first experience in the field of event management or organisation and are familiar with tools like Canva or Hubspot
- You are fluent in German and English
- You are available for 6 months (at least 5 months)
How to join the mission?
- First call with Chloé (Talent Acquisition Manager) to better understand your background, aspirations and answer any questions you may have. (20-30 minutes)
- Interview with your future manager Rebecca (Community Developer) to delve into your experience and the specifics of the role. (30 minutes)
- Role play & final interview with Pascal (Head of Community, Project Partnering & CX DACH). (30min)
