Are you looking for a 6 to 12-month high-impact Internship opportunity in a globally leading company? DHL Supply Chain has an opening for an Internship as Business Development Intern in Bonn, Germany.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Dive into the world of sales performance analytics, providing valuable insights that will drive action and support strategic decision-making across EMEA.
- Actively support the timely adoption of CRM systems and digital sales tools, empowering our Business Development Community to excel.
- Be responsible for facilitating and enabling the successful planning and execution of trainings, onboarding sessions and coaching of new joiners in the sales team.
- Support the Sales users within the EMEA region in their day-to-day activities, helping remove road blockers, seeking guidance from subject matter experts and making user experience as smooth as possible.
- Manage, engage and guarantee smooth communication with our Sales Community throughout EMEA Region, assisting in planning and conceptualizing community calls.
- Collaborate with our digital marketing team, with the aim of contributing to data analytics and improvement initiatives, helping us unlock new growth opportunities.
- Working closely with the EMEA Business Development community, you will optimize the reporting frameworks and measure the success of our sales teams and maintaining and updating training and employee records.
- Contribute to building an innovative EMEA business development digital infrastructure, fostering collaboration, and driving technology adoption.
Who are we looking for? Your profile:
- Currently enrolled in a university based in Germany and through the whole internship period.
- Fluent spoken and written English skills.
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint advanced knowledge.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and support decision-making.
- Good communication skills: able to clearly present ideas and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the business.
- You are an ambitious and talented individual with a background (or interested) on supply chain management, business management, sales, data analytics, or a related field.
- You are reliable, proactive, enjoy taking the lead, and have excellent time management skills.
What can you bring as a plus?
- Experience with Salesforce as a CRM
- Additional knowledge of EMEA languages other than English
- Experience in supporting with onboarding, training and/or coaching initiatives is an advantage
