Your Role
- Monitor and manage external review platforms like Glassdoor and Kununu
- Establish a process for review classification and response.
- Use creativity and automation to further improve the process
- Propose a more active approach to managing the review process
Who you are
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, knowledge of online review sites are a plus
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, knowledge of employer branding concepts is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with content management systems or video editing tools is a plus.
Duration: minimum 6, ideally between 9-12 months
Start Date: ideally in March/April 2025
