The Operational Excellence department in Vevey manages strategic projects in direct collaboration with management.
Your role:
As an intern in Operationnal Excellence department, you will assist the Project Manager of the team in implementing the new transversal and strategical initiatives on the site.
Your missions will be to developp and implement one of our priorities :
- Lean Project : Identify and improve waste in order to reduce the end to end process leadtime
- Lean Performance : Improve our performance management, problem solving method and lean leadership on site
- Improve our Startegical projects gouvernance
Your profile:
- You are in 3rd or 4th year of college graduate program preferably in pharma, biotech, engineering
- Proficiency in French and English
- Lean/agile and Digital knowledge (microsoft Power Bi & Automate, …)are an advantage
- Great verbal & written communication skills
- Natural leadership
- Organization
- Customer focus
- Analytics skills
