Who will you be joining?

H4 Business Transformation is the transformation and innovation engine of the Allianz Group. It follows on the ambition to capture the so far unexploited opportunities of the digitally mature customer by adjusting the current business models and scaling best in class practices globally. The H4 Business Transformation Design (BT Design) department is responsible for the further evolution and global implementation of the Business Model (Allianz Customer Model) for all Allianz Group OEs as well as steering the corresponding BMP asset design and delivery, both with highest strategic relevance for Allianz Group.Its mission and mandate is to push Allianz' strategic goals of Simplicity and Harmonization with the goal to significantly and sustainably increase customer satisfaction, productivity, growth, and operating profit across the Allianz Group.The BMP Retail Area aims to provide a comprehensive end-to-end insurance platform to manage policy operations (new business, amendment, renewals) that serves the needs of Allianz Operating Entities globally.

Join our dynamic PMO team within the BMP Retail area, where we drive strategic initiatives through effective communication, agile methodologies, and budget management. As a working student or intern, you'll play a crucial role in supporting these efforts by preparing key materials, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring data quality. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management while contributing to the success of our projects and initiatives.

How can you make an impact?

  • Prepare materials for key meetings and events
  • Support communication, event planning and agile practices within the team
  • Assist in data quality management
  • Collaborate creatively across functions and entities
  • Support client and stakeholder management
  • Complete tasks under Area Manager's guidance, meeting project deadlines
  • Undertake additional relevant PMO tasks as needed

What are you made of?

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proactive team player with a professional attitude and global mindset
  • Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, with analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with project management tools (e.g., JIRA) is a plus
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.

  • Previous experience in business related functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital/ Tech etc.) is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Enrolment in a business degree is a plus
  • Internship or work experience in project management or communications is a plus
  • Corporate or team-oriented environment experience is beneficial
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Adaptability and problem-solving abilities
  • Team collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Basic project management knowledge
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools
