Responsibilities arrow_right

  • You will independently supervise our interns, working students and bachelor/master students, from on-boarding to off-boarding (job advertisement, contract creation, creation of master data in the various IT systems, leaving process, certificate creation, etc.). IT systems, leaving process, preparation of certificates)
  • The independent supervision of student interns is another part of your job
  • You will maintain and add to the personal data in our PeopleDoc electronic personnel file
  • You will be involved in the continuous development and optimization of HR processes, guidelines and structures

Qualifications arrow_right

  • Business studies with a focus on HR management or a comparable course of study desirable
  • Initial practical experience in HR would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of SAP and Workday an advantage
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • IT affinity (good knowledge of MS Office programs, Microsoft Sharepoint)
  • Independent, structured and proactive way of working
  • Fun and confident in dealing with people and new situations
  • Initiative, ability to work in a team and organizational talent
