DHL is seeking a qualified intern to join our DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation (CSI) innovation marketing team, based at the DHL Innovation Center in Troisdorf, Germany. In this role you will support a variety of marketing initiatives focused on regional and global business priorities. The marketing team seeks an intern who can participate in the various stages of campaign deployment, think strategically, write sharp copy and possessing strong project management skills.As a self-starter, you should enjoy working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. We promise interns that finish an internship with DHL CSI will have gained broad experience in a variety of marketing techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of physical and digital assets including signage, brochures, emails, online banners and adverts, etc.
  • Creation and management of web presences (internal and external)
  • Perform analysis of marketing and engagement data
  • Seek and analyze competitor marketing activities
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations or materials
  • Manage information in our internal contact management systems
  • Support and develop social media efforts
  • Monitor social media for trending topics to utilize across channels and in content
  • Maintain tracking report for public relations activity
  • Support in email marketing campaigns

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate student majoring in Marketing, Sales or Advertising
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge of social media
  • MS Teams, PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience
  • Good project management skills
  • Driven and hard-working
  • Ability to take direction and prioritize
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Motivation and willingness to learn
  • Salesforce experience a plus
