Your tasks
You will support the global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) team in the design and implementation of internal and external communication campaigns. With your expertise, you will contribute to the graphic and structural design of communication materials and also develop innovative approaches to increase user-friendliness and user experience. Furthermore, you will support the conceptualization and management of global, target group-specific communication platforms, which should contribute to an increased perception and acceptance of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging within the Group.
  • Supporting the management and implementation of internal communication campaigns on the topic of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
  • Collaboration in the development and execution of DEIB program initiatives and projects
  • Assisting in the monitoring and reporting of DEIB project progress and outcomes
  • Collaboration in the graphic and conceptual design of communication materials
  • Supporting the preparation of presentations and results for management
Your profile
  • Compulsory internship/voluntary internship in the Bachelor's programme, gap year or current Master's programme in the fields of communication design, media/communication sciences, business informatics, or a comparable degree program
  • Very good knowledge of Adobe Suite (in particular Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator)
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
  • Good MS Office skills (especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience in the design of web graphics, videos, and print media
  • Analytical strength and technological understanding in the field of UX and social media
  • Reliable team player, creativity, initiative, and a precise and reliable way of working
