Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:
Unterstützung des zentralen Teams im Bereich Beschaffungsmanagement zu den Themengebieten SAP Key User, Prozess- und Projektmanagement, Data Analytics und Stammdatenmanagement
Unterstützung bei der Definition von Stammdaten-Konzepten sowie deren Implementierung und Überwachung.
Unterstützung bei der Modellierung und Optimierung von Prozessen der Operativen Beschaffung
Vorbereitung von Schulungen und Schulungsunterlagen
Unterstützung bei der Definition und Erstellung von KPIs zur Messung der internen Performance
Erarbeitung von Fachkonzepten und Projektunterstützung
Qualifikation:
Eingeschriebener Vollzeitstudent (d/w/m) bevorzugt mit Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Informatik, Supply Chain und Logistik oder vergleichbar
Daten- und IT-Affinität
Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Tabellenkalkulations- und Präsentationsprogrammen, Programmierkenntnisse wünschenswert
SAP-Anwenderkenntnisse von Vorteil
Erste Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Projektmanagement wünschenswert.
Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Tools
Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Konflikt- und Teamfähigkeit
Deutsch fließend, fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse (Sprachniveau B2)
