Fides is a LegalTech startup based out of Munich. We are creating a data-driven & tech-enabled way to manage corporate governance duties. We will go above and beyond to make this work and expand into global jurisdictions quickly.

Founded by successful, second-time founders and funded by top-tier VCs (like Sequoia) and angel investors, we are preparing to make our mark in the startup heaven. We want to build something special, both in terms of product and in terms of culture! This will be a rocketship and we need one more passenger before we can really take off!

Deine Aufgaben

  • Campaign Management and Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and efficient resource utilization.
  • Performance Marketing and Optimization: Use tools like Google Ads and Google Analytics to manage advertising campaigns, continuously optimizing them to achieve better ROI.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights, prepare reports, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
  • Outreach and Engagement: Conduct outreach initiatives including cold calling and email campaigns, and engage potential clients.

Dein Profil

  • Experience in Performance Marketing: Ability to manage and optimize campaigns with a basic understanding of tools like Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Campaign Management Skills: Knowledge of setting up and running marketing campaigns.
  • Analytical Skills: Capability to interpret performance data and suggest improvements.
  • Independent and Proactive: Self-motivated with a hands-on approach to tackling tasks.
  • Interest in LegalTech: Enthusiastic about innovation in the legal market using new technologies.
  • Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a structured manner.
  • Problem-Solving Attitude: Proactive in identifying issues and seeking solutions without hesitation.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both German and English.
  • Report and Presentation Skills: Skilled in creating documents and presentations for various stakeholders.
  • Research Skills: Ability to gather and analyze information on industry trends and competitors.
  • Administrative Proficiency: Willing to perform administrative tasks to support team efficiency.
  • Spreadsheet Proficiency: Skilled in using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including the ability to create and utilize complex formulas.
  • Sales and Lead Generation: Experience in using LeadGen tools (Apollo, Email Verifier, ZoomInfo), blacklisting tools and Hubspot to generate leads and manage customer relationships.
  • Outreach: No fear of cold calling and experience in cold outreach.
  • Creative Contribution: Ability to contribute ideas and assist in developing outreach strategies and sequences.
  • High Energy: Bring enthusiasm and fun to the role.
