You will be part of the core SAP IT Portfolio Team, assisting in management of the IT Portfolio within CPIT. While fostering a business perspective of the IT organization you will establish strong relationships with key stakeholders within the IT Portfolio Community and support the IT Portfolio Team via generation of data-based analysis, targeted C-suite level communication and implementation of SAP technologies for internal consumption.

In this role, you’ll:

• Create reports and presentations that communicate Team output in a tangible and effective manner
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data sets
• Cooperate with and act as a trusted advisor for our Stakeholders
• Manage implementation of an AI based Chatbot for internal consumption

Who you are:You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.Overall, this role requires an excellent team player (cooperation), the ability to visualize and translate complex processes to relevant stakeholders (communication), the ability analyze & interpret data (attention to detail), and adapt dynamically along with the Portfolio Team to the needs of our customer base (flexibility).Specifically, in this role you will require the following skills:

• Advanced MS Excel ability (e.g. Data wrangling techniques via Queries & VBA are mandatory)
• Advanced Presentation & Communication ability via MS PowerPoint (Visio & Think-Cell are a plus)
• Analytical thinking and decision making
• Solid work ethic
• Ability to challenge complexity and show agility to change
• Good communication and relationship building skills with intercultural sensitivity
• Fluency in English, both oral and written is mandatory and German language skills are advantageous

Educational / Availability requirements:Currently participating in a Master’s Degree Program or equivalent within Business Administration, Informatik (DE), Data Science or a related field as experience, skill set and ambition warrant.

This position requires the applicant to be onsite Nice to haves:

• Initial experience / knowledge of Agile ways of working
• Demonstratable experience regarding executive level reporting and/or communication material
• Existing experience as a student/intern within associated SAP LoBs
• Existing Experience with SAP ERP systems / analytic offerings
