Who will you be joining?

You will be part of the Allianz SE group center Group Strategy, Marketing, Distribution. The objectives of the department are directed towards shaping the group strategy towards profitable growth across all its' initiatives. One of them is the Growth Triathlon program which is a key strategic project to drive growth by reducing churn and increasing new customers and cross-selling through scalable measures to be operationalized on a global level. You will be part of a dynamic, diverse and international cross-functional project team.

How can you make an impact?

  • Directly contribute to the growth triathlon program in collaboration with topic experts from the global and GSMD internal community
  • Provide support to the team with project management tasks, including internal communications, support with presentations, project milestone tracking, stakeholder management, etc.
  • Actively engage in event planning and organizational tasks for our Global Strategy, Marketing, Distribution Summit amongst other events
  • Take charge of internal administrative tasks, including setting up team meetings, preparing meeting minutes, planning team offsite, etc.

What are you made of?

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidates with experience in strategy, business administration or marketing are preferred
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Teams
  • Possess creative communication and problem solving skills
  • Exhibit excellent English writing and communication skills
  • Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a university – or (for an internship) a gap year
  • We can only consider your application if you provide the following documents:
    • Certificate of enrollment (exception gap year)

    • Valid Work and residence permit (for non-EU citizens). Please check before applying if you can work with your current VISA

  • Previous experience in business related functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital/ Tech etc.) is a plus
