The Post Trade Operations team for derivatives operates within the 1st Line of Defense, ensuring accurate trade capture and correction to prevent any potential risks or harm to the bank or clients. This involves close collaboration with trading, sales, structuring, and other control and market oversight units.

What you'll be doing

  • Analyzing and redesigning existing processes, developing and implementing optimization ideas.
  • Reviewing control and analysis sheets (Excel and database extracts), and reconciling them with trading systems.
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Programming simple macros for Excel, including those in VBA.
  • Independently contributing to cross-functional projects.
  • Providing diverse support to the team, including research, preparation, and coordination tasks.

What you'll need to succeed

  • You are enrolled as a student in business administration, economics, mathematics, physics, or a related field.
  • You have gained initial practical experience.
  • You have good written and spoken English skills.
  • You are proficient in MS Office programs, particularly Excel.
  • You have basic knowledge of programming with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
  • You enjoy working independently.
  • You possess strong organizational skills and work in a goal-oriented and structured manner.
  • You have a strong affinity for numbers and a quick grasp of concepts.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking, along with a proactive approach, complement your profile.
