The local internship program in Germany is a product of the group itself, run with a huge support from the Local HR. The main eligibility criteria for this internship is to be actively enrolled in university studies throughout the whole duration of the internship. As a Carrier Manager Intern, you will develop and maintain carrier relationships, acquire essential know-how, and manage processes across our extensive European carrier portfolio. Your role will be crucial in integrating these elements into our DFN way of working, ensuring smooth onboarding and operations for our customers. Main responsibilities:
- Standardising carrier management documentation
- Redesigning and managing the SharePoint page
- Supporting documentation and onboarding of new carriers
- Supporting Carrier Managers by collaborating with internal/external stakeholders
- Providing general administrative support
- Helping to standardize the carrier management operation
Required skills and experience:
- English language skills, both written and verbal
- SharePoint experience (designing, managing, sharing)
- Stakeholder engagement experience
- Motivation to learn and contribute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Planner, Sharepoint).
- Ability to work independently.
- Detailed-oriented approach.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
