Join the Roche Career Center as an Intern and be part of a team dedicated to empowering employees to take charge of their career development. In this role, you'll handle a variety of tasks from organizing events and maintaining customer engagement to promoting the Roche Career Center's mission across Roche channels. The Opportunity
Coordinate and potentially facilitate workshops and networking events
Onboard and train new volunteers
Keep the volunteer community informed, engaged, and motivated
Handle communication activities including monthly newsletters and maintenance of the gSite
Gather feedback from customers and take actions to continuously improve
Evaluate statistics and support the communication of regular data updates
Organize, set up, and sometimes run different workshops
Engage with the community and manage stakeholder relationships
Who you are
You are currently enrolled as a student or have recently graduated (within the last 12 months), with a bachelor or master preferably in Psychology, Business or Sociology.
You are a self-starter with strong organizational skills.
You can motivate, integrate, and influence others.
You have experience in stakeholder management.
You possess strong facilitation and advising skills.
You have strong English knowledge; German and/or other languages are a plus.

The preferred start date for the internship is August 2025. Please state your preferred start date and the desired duration of the internship in your application.
