As an intern (f/m/d) you will support the Plan & Control team in the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) area. The Deutsche Börse CTO develops and runs the groupwide Information Technology (IT) infrastructure, develops and operates innovative IT products and offers services to the rest of the Group upon which they can build. The CTO area plays a significant role in the achieving the Group’s strategic goals by leading transformation and supporting a stable operating environment.
The Plan & Control unit supplies reliable management information to the CTO and enables the other delivery units within the area to focus on their core activities by supplying central administration and coordination within the area. The successful candidate will support the Plan & Control unit in carrying out its responsibilities.
Your responsibilities:
- You will support the team with a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- You will manage and organizes information storage systems, ensuring data is easily accessible and securely maintained
- You will support smooth operations of the department by preparing shift schedules, communicating changes and monitoring working time
- You will compile, prepare, and distribute comprehensive reports, providing valuable insights to the team
- You will gather and synthesize information from various departments, ensuring accurate and timely data collection
- You will play an active role in planning and organizing team meetings, contributing to effective communication and collaboration
Your profile:
- You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least 2 semesters
- Your analytical abilities allow you to generate, analyse, and distribute reports, ensuring data accuracy and relevance
- You are well organised with exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks and ensure timely completion
- You are interested in improving processes and helping others to achieve their goals
- Thanks to your curious nature you can comprehend complex problems, and your can-do attitude enables you to work through issues as they arise
- You are technically proficient and have a basic understanding of IT systems and software commonly used in professional settings, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
- You are proficient in written and spoken English. German skills a plus
