Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking an intern to join our Clinical Support Specialist Team for Electrophysiology based in the German speaking part of Switzerland.

Position Overview - Tasks & Responsibilities:
As our Intern, your main tasks and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Learn how to provide expert technical and product support as well as training to physicians, EP lab staff, technicians and administrators regarding all aspects of JnJ MedTech Electrophysiology (Biosense Webster) systems and catheter equipment
- Co-lead of specific customer projects such as evaluation of questionnaires, elaboration of case stories or analysis of surgical process optimizations
- Serve as a lead to the territory sales manager and support the team to seek sales opportunities and drive business objectives
- Support our journey of bringing the power of MedTech through a value-based customer integration to life and help driving required transformations, internally and externally

Qualifications
Qualifications - Education and Experience:
- On-going university degree with an interest in medicine, medical engineering and Medtech in general
- Expertise and knowledge of the healthcare system and its clinical environment
Qualifications - Skills:
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Being able to independently take ownership and responsibility.
- Capacity to work under strict timelines, combined with high flexibility
- Attitude towards being service-, support-, solution- and result-oriented
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook for daily business use
- Excellent command of English & German.
