Intern in Global People Attraction and Engagement Team (m/f/d)

The Global People Attraction & Engagement department is part of the global Talent and Culture Team of Allianz Technology and ensures strategic and operational excellence along the employee lifecycle. Choosing the right talents for our diverse teams starts with you! Become part of our Global People Attraction & Engagement Team. We manage topics such as Employer Branding, DE&I, Onboarding, Recruiting Process & KPIs, and Recruiting Guidelines but also Governance projects for the Candidate Experience at Allianz Technology.

What you do

  • You assist the team in Employer Branding efforts such as content creation as well as taking care of the Career Page and Intranet
  • You support global DE&I and Employee Engagement initiatives by developing and coordinating trainings, programs, events, and awareness campaigns
  • You assist with the planning and delivery of People & Culture projects incl. creating presentations and executing marketing activities
  • You support in creating reports and analysing recruiting KPIs
  • You assist with HR Governance activities

What you bring

  • You are an enrolled student at the advanced stages in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or any other studies OR in a gap year between studies
  • You are fluent in English and German and are located in Munich
  • You have good skills in copywriting and content creation for web, Social Media, and other communication channels
  • You have a talent for intercultural communication
  • You are experienced in Microsoft 365, Slido, Miro etc.
  • You have analytical skills
  • You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for at least 6 months in full-time (38h/week)
