We develop improvement strategies for occupational health and safety (OHS) - in collaboration with the OHS Committee.
We monitor and support the implementation of occupational health and safety (OHS) processes in the divisions.
We represent the OHS Committee on the OPS Board.

Your tasks

You will support the Corporate OHS team in the international day-to-day business, but mainly through your own project to customize risk assessments. This includes the intuitive user interface, divisional adaptation and general revision of existing templates - partly in cooperation with colleagues from different divisions around the world. In this context, you will take part in global calls, meetings and workshops (including travel if required).

Your profile

Advanced studies (BA/MA) in the fields of economics, psychology, business psychology, occupational health and safety, business informatics or similar
Desire for challenging tasks and taking on responsibility
Strong analytical skills as well as a methodical and structured way of working
Very good language skills in German and English
PC skills in MS Office, especially Excel
Relevant practical experience is an advantage
Very independent, motivated and reliable approach
