Als Werkstudent*in unterstützt du aktiv das Customer Success Team und übernimmst einen entscheidenden Teil des Onboardings unserer Neukunden und überraschst diese mit graphisch toll aufbereiteten Floorplänen.Dabei bereitest du Raumpläne unserer Kunden grafisch ansprechend auf und unterstützt bei der Erstellung unserer Wissensdatenbank, um Kunden ein einfaches Onboarding zu ermöglichen.Du:
- unterstützt unser Team dabei, Kunden ein erfolgreiches Onboarding zu bieten
- lässt deiner Kreativität freien Lauf! Und setzt Besonderheiten bei Kunden möglichst kreativ und zielgerichtet um.
- gehst mit unterschiedlichem Ausgangsmaterial pragmatisch um und verarbeitest Dateien in Powerpoint Vorlagen oder PDFs zu ansehnlichen und übersichtlichen Plänen im Bildformat - Illustrator Kenntnisse erwünscht
- kennst unser Produkt in- und auswendig und erstellst eigenverantwortlich Artikel für unsere Wissensdatenbank
- arbeitest ca. 5-10 Stunden pro Woche. Das Pensum können wir nach individueller Absprache anpassen, damit es deinen Studienalltag optimal ergänzt.
- bekommst 15€/h und kannst arbeiten wann und wo es für dich am besten passt!
Nice-to-have’s:
- Falls du mit AutoCAD-Files oder dwg Dateien arbeiten kannst, ist das ein Plus, aber kein Muss!
