The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our IWS Technology team. This 6 month internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic intersection of People & Culture and technology. You will work closely with experienced professionals, contribute to exciting projects, and develop valuable skills that will aid in your career development.
About the IWS Technology TeamThe Technology team is part of the Integrated Workforce Strategies (IWS) chapter within People & Culture.We are responsible for the technologies that support our Recruiting, Executive Recruiting & Pipelining, Talent Marketing, Early in Career and Talent processes. Our team is dedicated to implementing and maintaining innovative digital solutions that align with our overall P&C technology strategy and company goals and values.
Key ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with the IWS Technology Product Owners and the IWS Technology Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Creating User Stories, Change Requests via our supporting technology and updating team work management file (Monday.com/Trello) to support the team in managing all requests
- Review the squad capacity for each sprint and coordinate the user stories (with the team) that will be prioritized
- Supporting projects by creating and maintaining project documentation, including slides, timelines and status update reports
- Participating in projects, contributing to ideas and supporting project deliverables
- Updating content of the IWS Technology gSite
- Updating documentation for systems, each time there are updates (that need to be reflected in those documents)
- Quarterly and Yearly role audit in our systems
- Administrative support
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HR software solutions, data analysis tools, and office productivity software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
